Vista del Mundo Neighborhood Association fees for 2019 are due! If you haven’t paid for this calendar year you can submit payment online via Paypal or credit card or pay by check. The fee is $30 per household or $40 per home-based business household. The association can only provide services as the budget allows so it is imperative that everyone chip in so we can schedule this year’s activities.

- Maintenance of community property
- Social events and activities
- Marquis signs and online media
- Newsletter production
- Office supplies and materials needed to write letters to government or homeowners with unfulfilled obligations
